NAREDCO Telangana Property Show from Oct 30 to Nov 1

Hyderabad, Oct 22 (UNI) The 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026 will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from October 30 to November 1, offering properties ranging from affordable housing and apartments to plots and commercial spaces.
Announcing this at a press conference on Thursday, NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the event would focus on transparency and encourage homebuyers to choose projects with the necessary approvals.
Around 20,000 people had registered online for the show, he said.
Reddy observed that Hyderabad's expanding infrastructure, including the Regional Ring Road (RRR), radial roads and public transport networks including Metro Rail expansion, would influence the city's real estate market.
He said property prices had shown signs of stabilisation over the past one or two years but warned that rising construction material costs could push prices higher.
He said the show would feature properties across a wide price range, from plots costing around RS 10 lakh to premium properties worth several crores. Some developers and banks were expected to offer incentives to buyers.
On the proposed Future City, Reddy said residential and commercial development would depend on industries setting up operations and creating employment.
He also said NAREDCO was engaging with the government on issues concerning the construction and real estate sectors.
Advising buyers to exercise caution, he urged them to verify project approvals and examine documents before investing. A RERA stall would also be available at the property show to help educate buyers.
NAREDCO Telangana Secretary General R. Venkateswara Rao and other office-bearers attended the press conference.
